We take SAFETY personally
JT THORPE’s proactive approach to safety includes the use of our proprietary, company-wide safety app. Using advanced algorithms, each jobsite is analyzed and updated daily for probable hazards. Any changes allow our onsite crew to immediately review relevant safety topics and information right from the app.
Additionally, each employee is required to complete a daily FLASH card (Field Level Assessment of Safety Hazards). The very first question: Why am I safe today? We start our day thinking about safety—and why it matters.
