ONLINE TRACKING DATABASE

Are you having problems with schedule, lost steel or quality control? JT THORPE developed an industry leading database to track progress of steel members through our fireproofing facility. Each step of the process is updated daily and progress of individual members can be tracked in real-time as they are processed in the shop. Quality control is documented and accessible on a daily basis.

Information from the Progress Tracking Database can be filtered and sorted on a number of items including: ship-to-site date, truckload in/out date, item name and drawing number. We provide project specific access to database reports for progress per shift and cumulative totals. Our database ensures we know where every piece of steel is at all times.

QC Tracking

JT THORPE has quality control procedures/ITP’s for all methods of fireproofing both in the shop and in the field. Project specific hold points are generated and tracked in the database. Quality control sign-offs are generated using this online tracking tool. All quality control documents are easily accessible and readily available.
