JT THORPE Performs Custom Metal Fabrication per ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and ASME B31.3, Refractory (Hexmesh, Anchor) Lined, Inconel/Stainless Lined and Non-Lined Equipment. Exterior insulation and painting as necessary. JT THORPE also offers fabrication of solid alloy vessels and clad vessels.
JT THORPE performs Custom Fabrication for Waste Heat Boilers, Condensers, Converters, Reactors, Sour Water Strippers, Columns, In Line Burners and Refractory Lined Ducting and Piping. All equipment can be supplied either refractory (hexmesh, anchor and brick) lined or unlined and with exterior insulation/painting as necessary.
Hydrogen Transfer Lines
JT THORPE performs Engineering, Design and Fabrication of Hydrogen Transfer Lines for Hydrogen and Ammonia service. JT THORPE offers proprietary engineering and design fixes to eliminate failures.
JT THORPE ’s design team creates detailed steel and refractory CAD drawings for new equipment, performs design calculations, Finite Element Analysis, piping stress analysis, Thermal Calculations, Thermo-Mechanical Calculations and designs refractory lining. JT THORPE will also Engineer refractory installation procedures and thermal dry-out procedures of the refractory lining (all mechanical calculations are performed to applicable ASME code).
